Olivia Newton-John On Aussie Same-Sex Marriage: No Reason To Debate, Love Is Love

International superstar Olivia Newton-John visited with Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull in Canberra in hopes of the Australian government ponying up more funding for brain and breast cancer research at her Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Center.

Olivia lost her sister four years ago to brain cancer and is currently on her second cancer journey as her breast cancer from 25 years ago returned earlier this year.

In an interview with Sky News, she was asked about the "mail in vote" about to start in Australia regarding legalizing same-sex marriage.

A longtime LGBT ally, when asked where she comes down on the subject, Livvy didn't pause in answering, "To me, love is love. I don't see any debate in it. I don't see any reason to debate it. I think love is love."

"It would be a 'yes' vote, of course" she added.

The issue of same-sex marriage comes up at the 3:16 mark below.
